nice large rooms and balcony nice design
was a bit difficult to communicate with the staff we were overcharged for 1 night and hotel taxi was twice more expensive on the checkout than agreed when booking

The staff is very friendly and they all speak English very well. The rooms were clean.
Sometimes, a very bad smell comes out of the drain when in the shower. The location also leaves someting to be desired, as everything is very far from there.

Clean and good service. Breakfast excellent.
Location is far from airport and close to a busy street. Restaurant is poor out side meal time hours especially for non nationals poor choice. Price is at least 50% dearer than quoted due to taxes.

The roooms were well furnished with bath tub and shower, a huge bed, flatscreen tv. Wifi was free and worked relatively well. And the room was equipped with an adjustable air conditioning.
The furniture mostly had already seen better days (The rack on which the minibar was placed was quite tarnished; the bath tub had several dents). Furthermore the hotel was situated at a quite busy road, so there was some noise level all night. The vinicity to the airport which may be induced by the location on the map is an illusion. Via taxi it is a good hour and the adverted airport shuttle service is nothing more than a driver working for the hotel having to be paid almost 400Rs more than a "regular" taxi.

The restaurant and the room service. The waiters are kind and quite professional. The food is nice
All the rest was horrible. The staff of the reception is non professional. The General Manager is unpolite and ineducated. The car/taxi service is the worst I have ever seen, cars always late and drivers not able to bring you to any destination.

Internet was not reliable fading in and out with no notice. Staff not helpfull will not call a taxi. Can only offer taxi company number.

The rooms, balcony, quick service
No parking facility. Parking the car on the roadside does not feel comfortable nor safe. Car was completely dirty and with finger prints of outsiders by the time I checked out. Lifts should have access cards that let u access only ur floor for more safety and privacy
